A Nashville Native, Jessica has studied movement as an actor since childhood. In addition to theatre, she studied dance, and played volleyball for several years both in school and on travel teams. Jessica graduated from Millikin University in Decatur, IL with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre. While there she was an active member of Alpha Chi Omega, continued her study of dance, and studied US history. After college a car accident left her out of touch with her body for several years. Upon moving back to Nashville, a practice in restorative yoga allowed her to reestablish those connections, and began the journey to teaching yoga. Jessica went through the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Liberation  Yoga in 2016. After completing the 10 series of Structural Integration with Kaylee, she developed an even greater appreciation for her body and its connections. Jessica is a graduate of the Mindbody Institute 700 hour Massage therapy school, a Certified Kinston Taping Practitioner, and currently enrolled at the Rolf Institutes Regional Training program.  Jessica teaches movement, and offers bodywork sessions with clients.
