Kari Gregg
Kari Gregg has studied dance her entire life and the art of moving is something she constantly craves. She was first introduced to Pilates in college and was impressed by the exacting and intuitive approach it had on maintaining and healing her body throughout a rigorous dance program. After receiving a BS in Dance and Arts Administration from Butler University, Kari launched her professional dance career both domestically and abroad. For the past 15 years, she has performed in cities all across the United States including 10 years with the Radio City Rockettes.
Kari loves practicing all disciplines of Pilates but was immediately drawn to the traditional method and was certified by the New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program.
While focusing on authentic Pilates, Kari believes that a true teacher is a constant student and continues her education in Pilates and dance all across the country.
Check out Kari’s 10 Minutes for Me publication in Pilates Style Magazine and follow wild adventures in her camper all across the country in this Pilates Pilgrimage blog.
When she’s not teaching Pilates in the studio, you can catch Kari encouraging people with Parkinson’s to move through dance and boxing. Kari truly believes movement heals!
