Personal Training sessions use traditional exercise protocols combined with the SMARTCore Methodâ„¢ principles in order to create a program that works for you. Personal Trainers create individualized programs tailored to your personal goals and needs in order to increase range of motion, strengthen, and develop awareness building your capacity for your everyday life, or chosen sport. With attention to detail, weather you are training for a marathon, baseball, gymnastics, or want to be able to get down on the ground to play with your grandkids, a personal training session will help you find the tools you need to succeed!

Package of 5 personal training sessions: $300.00

Package of 10 personal training sessions: $550.00
